The Bosu step-up is a beginner level conditioning exercise that targets the lower body and core.

The BOSU balance trainer stands for "Both Sides Utilized" and is most often used for balance training, various athletic drills and aerobic activities.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start with a Bosu and step up and down in a walking motion.

Step 2

Stay nice and light on your toes and keep a soft bend in your knees.

Continue for the recommended number of reps or the designated length of time.
