Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Stat with your feet hip width and your hands gripping the bar just off of your legs. Make sure that your back is flat and your weight is on your heels.

Step 2

Take a big breath of air, contract your abs and stand up with the bar.

Lower the barbell back down to the floor keeping your shoulder blades retracted and your core engaged.
