Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start on your back with both knees bent and the bar placed across the crease of your hips.

Step 2

Lift your hips up off of the floor by driving your weight through your heels.

Fully contract your glutes and abs at the top of the bridge and lower your hips back down to the floor.
