Bosu Squat Crunch

This is an abdominal exercise that uses the Bosu. The Bosu squat crunch combines the squat and crunch in a functional exercise that strengthens and conditions the abs and legs.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Stand in front of the Bosu with your feet shoulder width apart.

Step 2

Squat down onto the Bosu, keep your hips locked and curl back into a crunch position.

Step 3

Crunch up into a squat and stand back up to the starting position. Repeat as instructed.
