Aerobic Steps

The aerobic step is an elevated platform used during exercise. The height of the step can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step. The aerobic step is most commonly used for various bodyweight, plyometric and dumbbell exercises.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start in a standing position in front of the step with your feet shoulder width apart.

Step 2

Place your hands on the step about shoulder width apart and then jump out into a push-up position.

Step 3

Jump back up to the starting position and then up onto the step with both feet at the same time.
