Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width. Keep your knees bent, your butt out and your core engaged.

Step 2

Twist across your body to the opposite hip making sure to contact your obliques and abs throughout twist. Make sure not to lean back or sideways but stay upright throughout the entire range of motion.

Step 3

Return to the center point of your body and be sure to keep your core engaged, your back straight and your shoulders pulled back.
