Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start on your back on top of the aerobic steps with your feet raised up at 90 degrees while holding the cable pulley with both hands above your chest.

Step 2

Slowly open up and extend both arms and legs out to a full horizontal position.

Step 3

Raise both arms and legs back up to the starting making sure your core is engaged and your lower back stays pressed firmly against the aerobic steps throughout the entire range of motion.
