Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Stand with a slight bend in your knees, with a flat back and your arms at shoulder height.

Step 2

While maintaining a rigid posture pull your arms down towards your body until they are parallel with your back.

Step 3

Return your arms back to the starting position and repeat for recommended number of reps.
