The exercise band is used in resistance training. The bands comes in a variety of colours depending on the amount of tension they offer. The exercise bands give constant resistance throughout the entire range of motion during an exercise and cause less stress on the joints.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start with you feet slight wider than shoulder width, your knees bent and your body weight placed on your heels. Make sure your shoulders are set, your hands are shoulder height and your core is engaged.

Step 2

Starting from the center of your chest, rotate your entire body until it is inline with your hip.

Step 3

Rotate back to the starting position. Make sure that your core is engaged throughout the entire range of motion.
