Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start in a seated position on the ball while holding a pair of dumbbells in each hand at your shoulders.

Step 2

Sit up as tall as you can as you press the dumbbells over your head.

Step 3

Fully extend your arms and then return them to the starting position with full control.
