Equipment Used Exercise Band The exercise band is used in resistance training. The bands comes in a variety of colours depending on the amount of tension they offer. The exercise bands give constant resistance throughout the entire range of motion during an exercise and cause less stress on the joints. Exercise Instructions Step 1 Start in a standing position with your feet hip width apart. stand on the band and hold a handle in each hand. Step 2 Curl the band up to your shoulders with full control. Step 3 Lower the band back down to the starting position fully extending your elbows.
