Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start in a kneeling position on the bench with one foot in the floor and a dumbbell in your hand.

Step 2

Keep your chest up and your back straight as you pull the dumbbell up to your ribcage.

Lower the dumbbell back down to the starting position and repeat.
