Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start in a double shoulder width stance with your toes turned outwards. Push your hips back, bend your knees and keep your back flat as you grab hold of the bar.

Step 2

Pull the on the bar with a strong grip. Keep your back flat, push your feet into the floor and stand up tall.

Lower the bar back down to the floor with control and repeat.
