Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width while holding both handles of the exercise band in your hands.

Step 2

Stay in an athletic stance with your knees and hips bent and your arms at mid chest as you rotate through your trunk.

Step 3

Twist your entire body to your opposite hip and return to the starting position with full control.
