Suspension training is a type of fitness training that uses a system of ropes and webbing called a "suspension trainer" and uses your own body weight as resistance.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start with your feet shoulder width apart while holding the TRX handles in each of your hands.

Step 2

Lean back so you are in an inverted rowing position and try to create a straight line from your ankles to your shoulders.

Step 3

Pull your body up and through the center of the handles by driving your elbows into the floor.
