Suspension training is a type of fitness training that uses a system of ropes and webbing called a "suspension trainer" and uses your own body weight as resistance.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start with your feet shoulder width apart while holding both TRX handles in one hand.

Step 2

Lower yourself backwards and and rotate your body open, fully extending your arm and reaching behind you.

Step 3

Rotate back towards the TRX and pull yourself up until your thumb touches the side of your body.
