New Years Resolutions

December 31 2012

Not too sure what your resolution should be this year?!?

Here are a few suggestions to help get the new year started off on the right foot!

1. Clean out your pantry and fridge

  • restock your kitchen with fresh, local earth grown foods!

2. Buy new training shoes and workout clothes

  • nothing motivates me more than a new pair of shoes and some new training gear!

3. Get out and move for at least 30 minutes every day

  • a small dose of daily cardio (walking, jogging, cycling, rowing) will improve blood circulation, burn extra calories and boost your basal metabolic rate!

4. Set short, attainable goals

  • set 1, 3 & 6 month personal goals that you can achieve and build upon!

5. Find a support network

  • find a group of friends, co-workers or peers who share the same goals that you do!

6. Try a new activity

  • get out and try something new, whether it’s hot yoga, ball room dancing, snow shoeing or indoor rock climbing... you never know where you'll find your passion!

Have a Safe and Happy New Year and a Healthy and Strong 2013!
