General Fitness 45 Minute Workout

I'm 15 and I'm looking for a regime that will help me improve my fitness drastically. I don't have any apparatus and I'd want excercises that can be done anywhere. I also want to limit the excercise time to 45 mins.

If you're looking for a body weight fitness regime that you can do at home, you need to invest in a door way pull-up bar. You can buy them for $20 on Amazon or find them at your local sporting good store. Once you have a pull-up bar, you can focus on several compound exercises like pull-ups, chin-ups, burpees, push-ups, air squats, sit-ups and planks.

Here is a simple circuit workout you can do.

30 jumping jacks
3 pull-ups
7 burpees
15 squats
15 sit-ups
30 second plank hold

Do that circuit for 30 minutes as many times as you can and I promise your fitness level will improve very quickly!
