Just wondering what you guys like to eat pre-workout? I am up at 545 and at the gym by 615... so everyday I have 1/4 cup oats + dates + cinnamon... I love it.. but looking for any other tasty ideas

Here are a few pre-workout meals that I like to eat.
1. ham and red pepper omelette with some cheese
2. mixed salad with grilled salmon or chicken
3. protein pancakes (1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup egg whites and 1 scoop protein powder)
