Logging Weight Lifted

I use a bowflex to work out at home. There are two sides where I must set the weight. Should I log both sides combined of just the weight on one side?

If you're using both stacks for an exercise like the chest press or lat pull I would definitely combine the weight because you are pressing and pulling that much weight on both sides.

If you're only curling, pulling or pressing one side at a time then obviously just count that single amount of weight.
