Toning Vs Conditioning Vs Strength Programs

What's the difference between the terms? Can't seem to get a clear answer.

Hi,

Toning = long, lean muscles (i.e. pilates, yoga, bodyweight or low resistance training)

Conditioning = improved cardiovascular capacity (i.e. cardio, sprinting, battle ropes, high intensity interval training)

Strength = increase in muscle strength and size (i.e. hypertrophy training, bodybuilding, max effort lifts, powerlifting)
