Hello, I am Nikhil I have been doing gym from last 1year I gained 10kgs now I am 78kg Hieght is 5.7inch I need to cut down and increase stamina and strenght with Proper toning Please guide..Thank you.

Hi Nikhil,

You need to start adding in some conditioning or circuit based training into your gym routine to elevate your heart rate and burn more calories. Are you doing any cardio or conditioning??

Also, you need to make sure you are not eating more calories than your body needs. Have a look at the site; My Fitness Pal to get a better idea of how many calories you need to consume each day and then from there you can make minor adjustments to your diet in order to shed a few pounds.
