I had a baby five weeks ago. I'm losing weight but I'm 149lbs at 5'4". not only do i want to lose the baby weight but I'd like to tone up everything from legs tummy and arms. this is my fourth baby so I know the work involved into losing the weight. So that brings me to my next goal of not only do I want to lose that baby weight but I want to prepare for entering Tough Mudder. I've always been real active but I want to make sure I'm on a good workout schedule to prepare for this event. Unfortunately I don't get outside a whole lot at the moment because of the weather and having a newborn. I have a bowflex, workout bands, free weights, I'll be buying kettle bells, I also have an exercise ball. I really appreciate the help!
