The exercise band is used in resistance training. The bands comes in a variety of colours depending on the amount of tension they offer. The exercise bands give constant resistance throughout the entire range of motion during an exercise and cause less stress on the joints.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start with your feet shoulder width apart while holding the exercise band in each hand at the side of your chest.

Step 2

Jump out into a semi-squat position while pressing the band out in front of you at the same time.

Step back to the starting position and repeat.
