Lateral Cross Overs on Bosu

The lateral cross over on the Bosu is a beginner level cardio based exercise. This exercise targets the inner and outer thighs and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start at the side of the Bosu and cross your outside foot over your body and place it on top of the Bosu.

Step 2

Step across the Bosu and over to the over side.

Step back over the Bosu starting with your outside foot again.
