The leg raise knee-out is an intermediate combination exercise. This exercise combines two different exercise to target the glutes and obliques.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start in a push-up position on the underside on the Bosu.

Step 2

Raise each leg and squeeze your buttocks at the top of the motion.

Step 3

Tuck each knee to your elbow and squeeze your obliques.
