Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start with your forearm on the ground, your shoulder over your elbow and feet stacked on top of each other.

Step 2

Try to maintain a straight line from your shoulder to ankle.

Step 3

Hold the position for the recommended length of time or until your are no longer able to maintain the straight line.
