Reclined Body Rows

The recline body row is a beginner upper body exercise. This exercise requires upper body strength and targets the back, arms and shoulders.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start underneath the barbell holding on with a reverse grip just a bit wider than shoulder width.

Step 2

Pull your body up to the bar finishing with the bar across the center of your chest.

Step 3

Lower your body back down to the starting position with control and repeat.
