Exercise Instructions


reverse cable woodchops - step 1

Step 1

Start in a wide sumo squat stance with your shoulders set back and your lower back flat. Hold the cable in both hands over top of your inside knee.

Step 2

Stand up and pull the cable across your body. Keep a slight bend in your elbows and your arms locked, be sure to twist through your trunk.

Squat back down and lower the cable back down over top of your knee.
