Running on the Bosu is a beginner level exercise. This is a cardio based exercise and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Run up on the Bosu placing one foot at a time right on top.

Keep your knees raised high and be light on your feet.

Continue for the recommended length of time.
