Equipment Used Treadmill The treadmill is an indoor exercise machine that simulates running or walking while staying in one place. Exercise Instructions Step 1 Depending on your fitness level, select an appropriate speed. Step 2 Jump on the treadmill for the recommended amount of time or designated length of time. Step 3 Jump off or slow the treadmill down to a walk until your next interval or cardio session.
