Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start by positioning your body on the leg press machine properly, making sure that your tailbone and spine make contact with the back of the seat and your feet are shoulder width apart.

Step 2

Push forward, straightening your legs and flexing your quadriceps.

Step 3

Lower yourself back down until your legs are that 90 degrees and then repeat.
