The single leg crunch up is a beginner core exercise. This exercise targets both the upper and lower abs and is suitable for any fitness level.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start with both of your arms and legs stretched out.

Pull one of your legs up and crunch up towards it with both of your arms.

Lie back down to the starting position and repeat.
