The single leg plank on the medicine ball is an intermediate core exercise. This exercise is very challenging because not only are you balancing on one leg but you also have to stabilize your body on the medicine ball.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start in a plank position with both hands placed on top of the medicine ball.

Step 2

Slowly raise one leg off of the floor and hold the position.

Lower your leg back down to the floor, alternate legs and repeat.
