Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Stand on one foot with your hands by your side.

Step 2

Place your hands on the ground and walk out in to a push-up position. Make sure to keep your back flat and your core engaged.

Step 3

Perform a push-up at the bottom then walk yourself back up to the starting position staying on the single leg the entire time.
