Equipment Used Stability Ball A stability or exercise ball is a ball constructed of soft elastic and filled with air until firm.Most stability balls range from a diameter of approximately 35 to 85 centimeters (14 to 34 inches). Exercise Instructions Step 1 Start in a push-up position with your feet up on the ball. Make sure that you engage your core and raise your hips so your back is flat before you begin. Step 2 Keep your back flat and try not to raise you hips as you draw your knees into your chest. Step 3 Extend both legs back out to the starting position and repeat.
