Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start in a push-up position with your feet up on the ball, your lower back flat and your shoulders over top of your hands.

Step 2

Pull you knees into your chest and fully contract your abs.

Return your legs back to the starting position and perform a full push-up to the floor.
