Exercise Instructions Step 1 Start in a push up position with your hands placed on top of the stability ball, your back straight and your head up. Step 2 Lower yourself down until your elbows are at 90 degrees or just before your chest touches the stability ball. Step 3 Lift yourself back up to the starting position and repeat action.
