The step out band chest press is a beginner upper body exercise. This is a great beginner level exercise that targets the chest, shoulders and triceps.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start in a standing position while holding the band in each hand held at the side of your chest.

Step out and fully extend you arms as you press the band in front of you.

Step back to the starting position and return the band back to the side of your chest.
