The step over on the aerobic step is a compound lower body exercise. This exercise works the quads, hamstrings and glutes and is suitable for any fitness level.

Aerobic Steps

The aerobic step is an elevated platform used during exercise. The height of the step can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step. The aerobic step is most commonly used for various bodyweight, plyometric and dumbbell exercises.

Exercise Instructions

Step 1

Start with one foot in the center of the aerobic steps and he other to the side.

Pull your body up through the heel of the foot that is on top of the aerobic steps and step behind the bench with the other leg.
