After attending the University of Calgary, Dr. Iverach graduated from University of Western States in December of 1999 with both a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. He continued his education in the realm of Sports Chiropractic, and earned his Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician degree while working in the United States. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Athletics have always been a part of Dr. Iverach’s life. He played football and rugby throughout high school, and joined the University of Calgary Triathlon Club in 1993. Initially he trained and competed in sprint and Olympic distance races. In 1999 his focus changed to longer events like the Portland marathon, ½ Ironmans, and Ironman Canada. He retired from active competition after representing Canada on the Age Group National Team at the ITU Long Course World Championship in Australia. He still trains and competes in trail running, and remains active with swimming, cycling, and backcountry travel of all sorts.
Dr. Iverach practiced in Vancouver, Canada from 2005 to 2012 and was involved as a provider for a number of endurance events. He has had the opportunity to work with a number of professional athletes and artists including:

- Amanda Seyfried
In May of 2012, Dr. Iverach returned to Calgary to attend medical school at the University of Calgary. During this time, he will also be practicing at ProActive Health Group and looks forward to working with patients of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels, with a goal of helping them maximize their health and performance. He also remains active in event medicine, providing healthcare to athletes at marathons, triathlons, and other mass gathering festivals.
