Equipment Used Bench A weight training bench is a piece of equipment that has a resemblance to a normal (e.g. park) bench, but is cushioned and designed for use in the weight room. Exercise Instructions Step 1 Start in a v-sit position with your knees up and your back long. Step 2 Extend your legs out and lean back while maintaining a strong core. Step 3 Pull your knees back in, fully contract your abs and repeat.
